SEMESTER REPORTS
SEMESTER REPORTS
Attendance and Grade reports are due at the end of each semester.

Please Note:

1.Parents are required to maintain these reports for each student, and submit them by the due dates for both semesters of the school year.
2.The first semester reports cover school work from July to December, and the second semester school work from January until June.
3.If a student transfers out during the middle of the semester, these reports must be submitted immediately to allow our office to update the student's file.
4.To access the report forms for the current school year use the red button.
5.Due dates for the current 2018-19 school year are: First Semester January 25th; Second Semester July 12th.

Semester reports for the current 2018-19 school year. These inlcude submissions for both attendance and grades. Include report for each student.

Previous School Year:

Semester reports for previous school years that were not submitted or need to be updated.
