| Graduations: Deadline to sign up for our Kindergarten or Senior Graduation ceremonies is Friday, February 3rd. Please note that prices change after this date. Office Closed: The school office will be closed on Monday, February 20th to honor President's Day. | Portrait Day: We have one more portrait session coming up. These portraits are used for our yearbook, but purchase of pictures are not necessary. However, they will be available to purchase two weeks after this date. Date: March 2, 9-noon and 1-3 pm Location: School Office Please Note: This is our last portrait day of this school year. | Semester Reports: First semester attendance and grade reports are due by January 31st. You'll find copies of these in your information packet, or you can submit them online by using our web forms posted... [ here ]. |
| Field Trips: Listed below are various events for the second semester. You may also refer to our school calendar for specific dates and times. We hope your children will enjoy these fun activities! Please Note: 1) Parents may not drop off or leave their children at these events. 2) Ask for Penny in the school office when signing up for these activities. - Hendersonville Skating Rink: Location: 750 West Main Street, Hendersonville, TN 37075. Date: Monday, February 6th Time: 1-3 pm Cost: $5.00 per skater Grades: K-12th What to bring: Girls bring snacks / Guys bring 2 liter drinks. Valentine Exchange: Have your children bring their own special Valentine Box and around 35 Valentine Cards with their names signed on the cards. Each student's box will get a card dropped in it from the other students participating. Payment / Sign Up: Due in the school office by Thursday, February 2nd. - Nashville Children's Theater: "The Watson's go to Birmingham" Location: 25 Middleton Street, Nashville Tn 37210-2040. Date: Saturday, February 11th Time: 2:00-3:15 pm Cost: $11.00 per ticket Grades: K-12th (Theatre recommends ages 8 and up.) Payment / Sign Up: Due in the school office by Tuesday, January 24th. We will meet in front of the theatre door at 1:30 pm. | - Bowling: Location: 90 Volunteer Dr., Hendersonville, TN 37075. Date: Monday, March 5th Time: 1-3 pm Cost: $3.00 per bowler / $1.00 for 2nd game / shoes included Grades: K-12th Payment / Sign Up: Due in the school office by Thursday, March 1st. | - The Steeple Players: "To Kill a Mockingbird" Location: 260 West Main Street - Suite 204, Hendersonville, TN 37075 Date: Saturday, April 21st Time: 7:30 pm (We will meet in the front area of the theatre at 7:00 pm.) Cost: All students $8.00, Adults $13.00, Senior Citizens $10.00 Grades: Parents use own judgment. Play is very true to the book. Please Note: We must have 10 to sign up to get this group rate. Payment / Sign Up: Due in the school office by Wednesday, March 21st. - TN Central Railway Museum: "Train Robbery Excursion" Location: 220 Willow Street, Nashville, TN 37210-2159. Date: Saturday, May 12th Time: Board - 8:30 am, Depart - 9:00 am, Back in Nashville - 3:15 pm Cost: under 2 yrs. free if in parent's lap, under 12 $21.00 for all seats, 12 and older $26.00 for regular seats or $32.00 for first class seats. Grades: K-12th Please Note: We must have 16 to sign up for this group rate. Also, we will board at the Museum site located at this address. We will meet in that front area.
