KINDER through 8TH Grade:

Please keep in mind the following important school-related items.

Curriculum List: Please make sure you submit your curriculum list within 30 days of enrollment.

Semester Reports: Please use the reporting forms we provide. We do not accept third-party or self-produced forms. You can always download extra copies of our forms from our website.

Note list of required credits for the grade levels, as shown in the middle column of these forms. Post the grades on the subjects your student earned in the left-hand column.

Grading: for students in 3rd through 8th grade, please use letter grading (A-B-C-D-F).

Eighth grade students can earn high school credits (Algebra I, Physical Science, Foreign Language, History). The maximum credits we accept are two credits in at-home studies, or three credits at a tutorial program.

Bible: only studies concerning the Judeo-Christian Holy Bible are accepted as Bible courses.

Please allow a minimum of 5 days for reports to be processed, especially during January, February, and July.

1st Semester Report: Use this form to submit grades and attendance for the first semester of the school year (July through December).

It is due no later than January 26th (please include a $10 late fee per family after this date). You may deliver it, mail it, fax it, or use our online forms.

2nd Semester Report: Use this form to submit grades and attendance for the second semester of the school year (January through June). It is due no later than July 13th (please include a $10 late fee per family after this date). You may deliver it, mail it, fax it, or use our online forms.

Achievement Testing: We offer achievement testing for Middle Tennessee residents at several locations.

Online Calendar: You can find our schedule of activities, deadlines, and other important dates posted on our online calendar.

Resources: We maintain a section of home education resources online available for our home schooling families. These sometimes include local books and curriculum fairs, popular field trips, and other community events.
