ENROLLMENT FEES

Enrollment fees after November 1st:
Please note the three different classifications for enrollment fees below.

For Aaron Academy students who were enrolled in the last school year (ending in June 2019) and are now re-enrolling late for the current 2019-20 school year.

Late re-enrollments will be reviewed for approval before acceptance and will incur the following fees:

Kinder thru 8th Grade:
$ 175 ea
High School Grades:
$ 225 ea

For students who were enrolled with Aaron Academy in previous years (but not during the last 2018-19 school year) and will be transferring back to Aaron Academy.

Enrollment fees after November 1st are as follows:

Kinder thru 8th Grade:
$ 100 ea
High School Grades:
$ 110 ea

We accept enrollment applications and transfers from new students throughout the school year.

Fees for new submissions after November 1st are as follows:

Kinder thru 8th Grade:
$ 100 ea
High School Grades:
$ 110 ea

Military / Missionary Families:
We honor our active duty military and foreign field missionary families with an enrollment discount: $35 per student.

Important notes on fees and payments:
1Our enrollment fees are annual fees. There are no other monthly fees.
2Enrollment forms without fees included will not be processed.
3Once submitted, there are NO refunds on enrollment or testing fees (unless for any reason Aaron Academy cannot accept the student's enrollment).

4We accept all major debit or credit cards.
5Two-party checks are not accepted.
6NSF or closed-account checks will incur a $30 bank fee. If due amount is not paid, student could face expulsion.
7Enrollment fees do not include any other materials such as: books, curriculum, tests, forms, etc..
