A. Please Note:

1	Software:
	The enrollment forms have been saved as pdf files.
	These files are small and easy to access online. They print well and should be easily handled by your personal printer.
2	Questions:
	Feel free to contact us should you have any questions about the enrollment process. We will be happy to help.
3	Curriculum List:
	Please know that a list of the curriculum that your student(s) will be using needs to be submitted within 30 days of enrollment.

B. Instructions:

1	Open:
	Select the set of enrollment forms you need by clicking in the appropriate icon in the next column (K-8th or High School).
2	Print:
	Print these forms, fill out the enrollment pages, include the appropriate fees, and mail or bring these to our office.
3	Mail:
	You may mail the enrollment forms to our school at: Aaron Academy P.O. Box 1687 Gallatin, TN 37066
4	Or Fax:
	If you are paying with debit or credit card, you have the option of faxing your enrollment forms with the credit information included: Fax No: (615) 452-7700 Note: Please include the student's name in each and every page you fax.

C. Forms

	Choose the appropriate classification:
	Each set includes instructions, the enrollment forms, and copies of the semester reports.

Enrollment forms for the younger students in Kinder thru 8th Grade.

Enrollment forms for students in 9th through 12th grade.

Reminder:

There are NO refunds on enrollment fees (unless for any reason Aaron Academy cannot accept the student's enrollment).
